昭和57年の設立以来、宏育会は三重県を拠点に、保育事業から高齢者福祉まで幅広いサービスを展開。「思いやりを持って行動する」という理念を軸に、子どもたちの健やかな成長を支え、高齢者が安心して暮らせる環境を整えています。
地域医療と介護の一体化にも取り組み、住み慣れた地域で心豊かに過ごせるサービスを提供し続けています。今後も保育施設や高齢者福祉施設を通じ、地域に貢献しながら持続可能な社会を目指します。
事業紹介
宏育会の保育施設や高齢者福祉施設では、利用者一人ひとりに寄り添い、専門的で温かみのあるサービスを提供しています。子どもたちの可能性を引き出す保育、高齢者の安心した暮らしを支える介護、いずれも人とのつながりを大切にしながら笑顔あふれる日々を作る仕事です。
